Refund and Returns Policy

1. Nature of Products
KSRK Crackers deals in fireworks and explosive items, which are sensitive and hazardous in nature. Due to this, returns and refunds are strictly limited.
2. No Return Policy
- All products sold on ksrkcrackers.com are non-returnable.
- Once the order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or returned.
No exceptions for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong product selection by the customer
- Delay caused by logistics
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will ONLY be considered under the following condition:
Eligible Case
- Product received is damaged during transit
Requirements
- Customer must provide:
- Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
- Photos showing damage
- Order details
Time Limit
- Complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
If these conditions are not met, the request will be rejected immediately.
4. Refund Process
- After verification, refund will be:
- Issued to the original payment method, OR
- Provided as store credit (at our discretion)
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
5. Partial Refunds
- If only part of the order is damaged, only that portion will be considered for refund.
- No full-order refunds unless the entire shipment is unusable.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed
- No last-minute cancellations allowed
7. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Delays due to courier services
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Customer unavailable during delivery
8. Safety & Liability Disclaimer
Fireworks are inherently risky products.
KSRK Crackers is not responsible for:
- Improper usage
- Accidents or injuries
- Storage-related damage after delivery
